This was so near and dear to Sammys heart and I feel a sense of privilege that I can be a part of the fundraiser again this year. Samantha was a fierce advocate for MBC awareness and I will continue to spread her message in her memory.

Some of my favourite memories of Sam include books. We would read them, rank them and compare them to life events we were going through. She always had such a diverse interest in novels and I always appreciated that about her! She would get me to step outside of my comfort zone and try something new.
