Sam passed away on July 4, 2021 from Metastatic Breast Cancer (mBC). She dedicated her life to advocating for those living with mBC - her goal was to make this incurable disease a chronic illness.
Sammy fought endlessly for those who could no longer fight for themselves; now we fight for her.
