One of the ways we can increase diversity is by making sure every qualified student has the opportunity to study here, to contribute to the fabric of our university, and to make a difference in our world.

UBC has established the new Beyond Tomorrow Scholars Award to help remove financial barriers for Black Canadian students who have outstanding academic and leadership qualifications but who may not otherwise be able to attend UBC.

Our goal is to have funds in place to award up to 10 exceptional students for the 2021 Winter session. We hope we can count on you to help.
